Fighting Back

what have i done to you?
what do i always do wrong?
i seem to only cause pain,
but why does it have to be me?
i dont want to be alone,
i dont want to be sad.
but whenever im around you,
its like a disease.
it spreads quickly from you to me
and i cant stop it,
i cant fight it,
and you always win.
you with the soft face,
and the cute smile,
and the beautiful eyes,
and that smug little grin...
oh now how i would love
to remove that grin,
and torture you as you've done me,
and now as i lay dying on the floor,
i grab the knife
thats coated in my blood,
and stab it through your face,
and that smug little grin.
the smug little grin isnt so smug,
when i fight back, is it?
so now as i lay dying,
you lay next to me,
and i laugh.
i laughed till my lungs fill with blood,
then its black.
