Unrequited

I've not met a man that has made me fallen so hard, so fast, in such amount of time we've had.
The emotions I've felt were heart-wrenching with longing, all done just by the words on the tip of your tongue.
Thought provoking conversation, modest eyes; intense feelings.
You're my unrequited love, the taste of something I cannot seem to have.
I've been offered a temptation, but haven't had the clue to take it.
You made me feel like a woman that had no wits, you understood it.
I wanted you and you wanted me, but it wasn't on the same level.
I couldn't push myself to get into any of that, so the days have gone through.
Many months passed, a year goes by yet again, I've finally wrung out my feelings for you I'm not unsure but it still lays there; unforgotten and it's not so bad.
