Nature´s Pillage

As often as they plunder her,
We ask ourselves why it must be,
And seek the way to set her free.
But our toil becomes so blurry,
Seen through a prismatic flurry
Of `studies`, wherein all careens,
Furnishing us with a myrial scenes,
Few of which concur,

But rather us from truth dissuade,
So that we´re deceived again
By greedy forces bent on profit,
Corporate kings who nature flay,
In order to extend their reign
And further fill their pockets.
