I'm a business major, and I'm working on my A.A. in accounting. I like to write. Robert Frost is my favorite poet, and I want to read more poetry by him and other writer's when I find out about them. I'm the first person in my family to go to college, and I'm a late bloomer, but I like school and I will graduate from the two-year college next summer.)

In The Black

erasure marks make imperfect
the ledger, with expenditures
like rings on trees, each significant
of epochs, births, deaths of loved ones, deaths
of marriages, erasures leave marks, rendering imperfections
of live's budget.
