The Path

I feel like I am walking in a path of destruction, guided by the ones who wish I fail.But I will not allow myself to become frail.Weakness will not be parallel to bleakness.I will stand on my feet, and walk on the path into the journey that is leading my soul from despair. The goal I seek is mental strength; the ability to walk away from the ones who wish to deceive me. I should have seen their deceit in the beginning, but my heart was blinded by their so-called kindness.There was a willingness to follow, and not be my own leader.But strength and preservation has shown me to fight for the goodness that lives within me.
