It increases with inhibition
The root of all destruction
Lowers your spiritual position
Frustration! Frustration!
...
Sometimes, sometimes
I lose myself
Somewhere far, far away
I go out to find myself
...
Frustration.
It increases with inhibition
The root of all destruction
Lowers your spiritual position
Frustration! Frustration!
Frustration can either be expelled
It can or be ignored
The victim's misery can be felt
If expelled, and in him, stored.
Frustration can take the form of anger
Coming out in actions and words
Disrupting Harmony and many a relation
The peace of mind it murders
Frustration can take the form of sorrow
Flowing out moans and tears
From God, strength you do borrow
To embrace all your fears
Therefore my fellow companions
Don't store them don't ignore feelings
Proper communication is for what I plead
And all we need is empathy and heed
