It increases with inhibition
The root of all destruction
Lowers your spiritual position
Frustration! Frustration!
Frustration can either be expelled
It can or be ignored
The victim's misery can be felt
If expelled, and in him, stored.
Frustration can take the form of anger
Coming out in actions and words
Disrupting Harmony and many a relation
The peace of mind it murders
Frustration can take the form of sorrow
Flowing out moans and tears
From God, strength you do borrow
To embrace all your fears
Therefore my fellow companions
Don't store them don't ignore feelings
Proper communication is for what I plead
And all we need is empathy and heed
A very compelling thought and good diction.. Loved your use of alliteration.. Welcome to Poemhunter Aastha.. Thanks for sharing :)
Yes, communication has long been a weak point and slowed progress. Thanks, Aastha
Proper communication for what I plead. Cent per cent correct. Proper communication may wave aside a lot of reasons which may cause frustration.1o points.
the speaker of this poem proves that 'frustration' is not a negligible term or thing..if we may take it positively it may give us speed..i.e.it has also a creative power..a great realization.......congrat.

An insightful depiction of the effects of frustration, well articulated and nicely penned with conviction. Indeed, communication is very important to assuage the pain of frustration. Thanks for sharing Aastha. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.
