Why have we forgotten ourselves so soon?
That with his book, HE will come very soon;
Why have we divided ourselves apart?
Dont we know that we belong to one part?
When are we coming together to fight?
And stop taking sin as our daily diet?
Are we no more going to the city?
Where we are to spend our eternity?
He told us to be clever like snakes,
Why are we being so foolish like the snails?
Who will cause no harm when it is picked;
Oh! let us abstain from our sinful deeds.
