I was born in Salisbury, Wiltshire, but now live in North Hampshire.
I enjoy writing poetry, reading, crafting, and playing the flute.
My poetry has been used by a number of organisations, such as Virgin, Premier Inns, and Grampian Escapes and Tours, as well as being used in a number of educational textbooks and worksheets.
You were only aged forty-two,
When, with angel wings, up to Heaven you flew;
You were gentle in spirit, with a heart of pure gold,
And, in all of our lives, you've left a huge hole.
...
It's been a few months,
since you've been gone,
And, the time will soon come
for us to move on.
...
As we stood,
waiting for our taxi,
A dandelion seed danced delicately between us;
...
Are you unaware,
Or, do you simply just not care,
That you're breaking my heart,
And tearing my soul apart?
...
It breaks my heart,
to see such a sight;
A place full of darkness,
where, once, there was light.
