Rage

Rage may be universal,
Insanity, certainly not,
Some channelise their fury, to achieve a greater cause,
Some see it as a plot.
Committing sin, in the name of uncontrollable wrath,
Is what they consider as their prerogative,
Disregarding the fact,
That the repercussions, shall only be destructive.
Of the seven deadly sins, one has already been perpetrated,
Greed isn't acknowledged, being in disguise, it's often neglected.
Little does the world know,
That satisfaction of greed, is their primary concern,
They can go to any extent for that,
Be it inflicting pain on someone, or letting the world burn.
Manipulation comes unannounced,
Wearing a veil of progressive thoughts,
And manages to woo everyone with its glory.
As it's been said and proven,
''Thou may try, but can never fully abandon thy fury'.
