Prisoner By My Own Right
I am, but a prisoner, by my own right,
For my virtue is protected by protectors wielding swords,
Swords of restrictions, boundaries, barriers to conduct,
Which shall prevent me from 'meandering into uncertain roads '.
Am encased in a white castle, with no comforts denied,
Surrounded by high walls, which overlook a feisty garden, sustained-
By the jovial spirit of children, shy glances of adolescents,
Of unrequited love, uncensored thoughts, unimpedimented merriment,
