Mystery In Place

Days have gone by
When I first saw your face
And though you were nigh
Your a mystery in place
Oh......
When I look at you
All I see is your gentle eyes
Their like the skies
Of heaven eyes and I don't know why
But they twinkle like the star above
And they calm my fears
And wipe away my tears
And although I barely understand them
They tell me who you really are inside

They show me your gentle and kind
That your protective and loving
That your mind
Is full of fun
And that you can combine
The emotions
That flow with your eyes
I can't not explain the feeling
But every time I look at you
I feel like I can soar the skies
That although I'm not perfect
You say that I'm worth it
When I look into your eyes
It feel like I'm going into an hour glass
Where you use spies
To see my emotions and read them off the page

Days have gone by
When I first saw your face
And now that your nigh
Your mystery is in place
And I can slowly look into your eyes
And I just sigh
Cause when I look into your face
I see a mystery in place
And I want to learn more
And I want to soar
The skies
Back into your eyes
