The climate is changing at terrible speed
So there are thousands out on the street
Shouting and singing: 'The world is in need! '
So dear politicians it's time to proceed
So dear politicians it's time YOU proceed

Yes, we must have leaders with no strings attached
Who listen to science, the overwhelming facts
Our planet is threatened by the greenhouse effect
No more excuses it's time now to act
No more excuses it's time now YOU act

A wise thing to do is eating less meat
And burning less fuels and gases indeed
Cause methane and carbon they store all the heat
So the climate is changing at terrible speed
The climate is changing the world is in need

By cutting down forests that absorb CO2
They're destroying our planet and they know that it's true
A system of profit at a terrible price
A world without trees is a world without life
Stop all excuses, denials and lies
