A universal energy nestled inside of me
Pulsating and glowing with each breath
I look up at the stars and feel its fire
A mirror reflection of the same energy

It's funny how depression and humor go hand in hand
One cares for the other like brother and sister

Sadness is an engulfing feeling that swallows you whole

Leaves whisper in the wind
Dancing off into the air
Falling to the ground gently
Autumn is here at last

Dive deep into my mind; find the imagination that's inside
Wiggle your way through the hole to hidden wonders
Where other worlds reside and universes collide

Here's to the dreamers of the world
The ones who see the future written in the stars
And the misfortunes woven into the way things are
The outcasts that go against the status quo

Cry out to the heavens for all the Gods to hear
Until empires fall and the demons disappear
