Enter The Void Poem by Cody Napier

Enter The Void

Into the ashes our memories fade
A relic in time we looked to break

Molding ourselves into the fabric of forever
Searching for the meaning woven inside

Will we find the missing piece behind it all?
That completes the circle we spin along?

Maybe it has the answers that we seek
The thing we believe will fix all of our wrongs

But once it's found, the truth that it holds
What is seen is what was known

Beholden the path forward is avoided
The carved out trailway is dark and horrid

Its end uncertain and its beginning unpleasant
And once you start it there is no leaving, no exit

Destruction is our fate if we do not take a chance
Enter the void into a future by circumstance
