Ego

i always visit them,
i do not know but,
today they are behaving strangely,
they are giggling,
my ego would not let me smile back.
i wish i was social,
my consicence says;
you are anti-social,
get your act together!
i would not,
these girls are from my township,
if i was 2pac i would say;
i have known these girls from way back!
i am sitting on a chair,
before a computer-
writing poetry,
i did not want to but,
their actions force me,
their radio is playing Beyonce,
the title of the track is:
Ego.
maybe i am ego tripping,
i am not,
one thing for sure,
i look good.
