Loved you like sunshine loves earth as it spins,
touched you as softly as shades feel your skin,
kissed you as much as seabirds grace the sea,
talked with you easier than the closest twins,

throw yourself down the abyss,
I assure you it's not deep,
feel the serpent's hiss,
let it into your arms creep,
...

sunlight filtering through the trees
that gently waken from the freeze
baby leaves dancing with a breeze
that carries warmth and life with ease
...

Digging wells, searching for light,
deeper, and deeper, moving blind,
further away, from the night,
emptiness, is left behind.

a draft blew open a book so empty
blank pages flitted till the last entry
smeared writing on tear drenched paper
the end vanished into water vapor
...

thoughts of tomorrow
linger, in light air,
reflected on waters of hope,
scattered by waves of despair,
...

i find myself in mazes,
built inside my mind
after every winding path
you are the only one i find

flush in lustre
horizon glow
among the shades
