    my morning exercise: 5-min yoga stretches and 1-min Darbyshire’s haiku = a few-sec-laughter followed by a few-min-smiles = a real good morning facial stretch! ! !

No Fear

Fear of You
Fear of Me
Fear of Others
Fear you cannot See
You cannot 'smell' Fear
Or 'taste' Fear
You can't 'hear' Fear
Also not 'touch' Fear
But
Everyone 'Feels' Fear
How is this Possible?
When you cannot:
Touch, Smell, Taste or Hear
Fear
I have a fear of not knowing the Answer

Walking Tall

If you are going to walk at All
Try to walk straight and Tall
Hold your head up High
And I'm gonna tell you Why

When you walk all hunched Over
All bent down, nose in the Clover
You miss all the things around You
keep your head up, the sky is blue.
