I breathe a heavy sigh lost in my thoughts of you, I look out the window ignoring birds who bill and coo.
I forget to breathe nothing else matters when I'm thinking of you.

This madness that i live every day, you're so close I could almost touch you.

Bitter Sweet Love

I breathe a heavy sigh lost in my thoughts of you, I look out the window ignoring birds who bill and coo.
I forget to breathe nothing else matters when I'm thinking of you.

This madness that i live every day, you're so close I could almost touch you.
Though not far away, i still can't say, words of love so desperately true.

I live in an open prison, there are no bars to hold me each day, and yet I'm trapped by fear and rejection, thinking you'll say go away.

Hold me in your arms, and never let me go, take me on wings up high so we can look at the birds below.

I feel your hot breath upon my neck, it electrifies my spine and makes me a nervous wreck until i finally loose my mind.

We haven't said a word we have only looked into each other's mind, a simple touch, a caress enjoyed over a glass of wine.

Released from my prison you've thrown away the key, but there's a chain that will always remain connecting you to me.

So now all the breaths I take are deep and without any stress, we sit in a chair, I'm stroking your hair unbuttoning your dress.

As we sail the sea of love and maybe be battered by loves stormy sea, we will make it to paradise, if you stand at the helm with me.
