I sit here by the window
Watching the rain fall down,
From a gray cloud directly above me

We think of nothing but this moment,
But i also think of waking up, Your warm breath hot on my neck,

Me being with you is like seeing the first flowers break through the dense snow,
Like seeing the trees bursting with reds. oranges and yellows.
And feeling warmth rush through my veins,

As i walk I feel my shadow beside me
Sometimes when I walk alone,
I take the place of my shadow
Seeing myself in a whole new light

Snow swirling around my feet,
Bone chilling, fingers numbing, i don't feel anything
children running, laughing, falling around me
...

Leaves fall down on me,
Crunching under foot as I go to School
Thinking of how i messed everything up with you
Yeah you wont talk to me but i can tell you still Love me from your eyes

I'd rather you hate me for something i am
Than have you love something im not
But you only see my flaws as cute
Well that's not gonna work on me
