My name is Carolyn Peoples I am from Little Rock, Arkansas. I live in the Good Shepherd Retirement Community. I am retired. I have three children and fifteen grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. I enjoy writing poems. I formerly worked at Baptist Hospital here in Little Rock.)

I AM GLAD AND THEY ARE
HAPPY

You are very precious and good
You have been there when no one else would.
You listened and you understood just like a child of God would
You told me to be brave and strong
And with time peace would come along
At first I doubted you but you just smiled and said trust
In time I did just smile when I began to trust
I knew you would come around
because the God I served never let's us down
Just trust and keep the faith
He will be with you all the way
And trust I did and He turned my life around
So all of you that do not believe just ask my sis she will make you see
That trust is like a lock and God
holds the keys
