Kevin Jones Poems

Each gaze of every delicate bloom like a vision of a love that seemed so rare,

A scent so fragrant and sweet it reminds me of the love that drifted from here to there,
...

I wish I could see you.
Dressed up looking so elegant and beautiful.
Wearing a smile that could concur any heart.
Eyes sparkling with anticipation and excitement.
...

We met in a reality made of pixels and colour, There we found a place unlike any other, We played until the morning light, all the time playing a different more beautiful game, when meet in our dreams.

Separated by distance, and by pandemic kept apart, yet so close we could feel each other's heart, During the day the distance may seem far, during the night our souls will be together, when meet in our dreams.
...

I sleep out alone with nothing more that the gental bleating of the sheep in the field and the owl calling a near by trees, the stars shining more beautifully as they run through a milky river of silver sparkles, the sweet summer breeze whispers through the willow down onto the the soothing trickle of the stream.
Even now in the almost impossible silence of midnight im not alone embraced by mother natures arms herself. Such a wonderful feeling to be held so tight and provided for so plentifuly by mother earth herself. Mother nature has set me free, as free as the birds are in the sky or the the fish in the stream. Mother nature's light wakes me in the morning and puts me to rest at night.
Tho for a short period I will remain in a mother's sweet embrace. As with any mother I know you will always have me back. Also like a mother she pushes me away to go and find my own way in the world, this I will do, and soon I will go.
For soon will rise the most beautiful things from your garden and I'm sorry mother nature you will have to wait. For now is my  time, one day my ashes will return but that day isn't today.

I Sit Here

Each gaze of every delicate bloom like a vision of a love that seemed so rare,

A scent so fragrant and sweet it reminds me of the love that drifted from here to there,

A sight so beautiful and natural it reminds of a beautiful flower for whom I cannot help but to care,

How I long for the sweet scent of love from my beautiful flower to once again drift to here,

How I long for the wondrous gaze of love from my beautiful flower to once again stare.
