Scared Beauty

You wanna blame the cross he bares still loyal as you fall down the stairs, trauma does not excuse the tormenting and abuse clutching the bottle in place of the noose is.......no better. You look in the mirror disgusted, you hold disdain for whom you've become you refrain from tears for the damage is done. Broken hearted and bruised you can't start a new 'who would want a love that's battered and used'. Carry on beautiful one scared by pain leave that man forget what you became.

The Blue Rose

The blue rose, May it brighten your life not fill it with pain and strife.May it's sweet scent free your weary and diluted mind and fill it with a sence of love and pride.May it clear the cloud that lingers over my head as I lay down for bed.May the blue rose fill your life with love not hate.May it lace your soul with unchanging truth and faith
