Larry Bulot Poems

Up in arms who's right, who's wrong?
inflicting harm where we don't belong?
in to war, was it truth we heard?
another war some call absurd
...

I left home at eighteen
thought I had it under control
always knew I had it in me
life would be easier on my own
...

It was late at night
on a night of old
in the east a star so bright
for tonight rejoice
...

4.

Morning is alive and well
the sun works on the hill
in the east and begins to rise
I lye awake in bed
...

I stumbled into your house oh Lord
broken and ashamed
searching for truth and love oh Lord
and found power in your name
...

Two hearts beating both as one
years of bleeding we've out run
painful memories separate lives
together we will touch the sky
...

Total Chaos

Up in arms who's right, who's wrong?
inflicting harm where we don't belong?
in to war, was it truth we heard?
another war some call absurd
distant wars our soldiers fight
A mental torture day and night
twisted signs consume their minds
death is soon, no sands of time
Total Chaos, kill them all and prevail!
Total Chaos, do we trust the story they tell?
Blinding freedom turns our heads
they build their kingdom, thousands dead
evil intentions? power play?
does our intervention pave the way?
