when I do not talk, I write like this:
in long untidy sentences with no punctuation or stopping or real grammar
and they say nothing but mystically enticing vocabulary that means nothing in context
but out of context is just the most beautiful thing on two pinpricks

Step One: Butterfly

Words louder
Rip the air
...

Hark to thee
Thou art so sweet
Like the pitter-patter
Of faery feet
...

Are you in the house alone
While everyone is sleeping?
The silence gets oppressive
And the darkness keeps on creeping
...

And she's dancing and day dreaming
While everyone she knows is sleeping
3 am it calls her through the night
...

You are
My immortal lover
My kindred flesh
Lock and key
...

her face is a mask of balance beam routines
the mothers in the crowd are hanging on to every motion
every flip, leap, split, and the dog-jowled expression on her face
is the last thing you notice
...

I stand between the mountaintops-
back towards the rising sun;
focused ever on the dying day.
