Lizzie Marie Poems

Come now Leon,
Let us play games
Like Children do
Only naked
...

In the darkness of a mind
Seeming like a well
Dangles a small thread
Begging 'hold on to me! I'll lift you! '
...

On Friday's, its all fantasy
Movies and games of make believe
Makes me wonder
Tell me,
...

What do you do
When your addiction
isn't a substance
but making yourself hurt
...

Forgive me
When I said it was a cat
Forgive you
for your disgust
...

Those 2 hands
Used to be gentle
They held me and
wiped away silly tears
...

If you weren't so pretty
I wouldn't be doing this
Your beauty drove me to it
To take all your innocence
...

In class I do nothing
Sometimes I pass
Sometimes I don't
But I never learn a thing.
...

9.

Picky like a child
Cheap shirts just won't do
Sits in the front, acts like in back
Only drinking Mt. Dew
...

10.

A new best friend i have made
who lifts me higher
and drags me down
letting me sink into
...

always something resembling a circle
we'd gather around the 'circle'
and lose ourselves
to the world
...

12.

A dancer who will never dance
Her feet hurt too much
The lines count 1,2,3
On the bottom of her foot.

Lizzie Marie Biography

I was born in Grove City Ohio, moved to Weston Florida in 5th grade, then Plano Texas in 6th grade. Now, in 11th grade I am at a new school in Waukesha Wisconsin. I have been through some things, but everyone goes through something. I am not a great poet by any means, but when I write things down I feel better, so why not. Simply read my poems, and you'll know much more about me than I tell my friends.)

The Best Poem Of Lizzie Marie

New Boy

Come now Leon,
Let us play games
Like Children do
Only naked
Giggles and laughs mix with other sounds
Almost like children
Almost like adults.
