Happiness In Sight
Shackled in pain, is how you say you feel;
Shards in your heart, with no known way to heal.
Lights growing dim, the way to happiness hidden;
You seek things to help, but all are forbidden.
Gregory’s dead and gone away,
I begged him, “Please, oh won’t you stay?
You’ve been here so long, yet I knew you not,
We could have been friends, but we only fought.”
Among The Seas Of Olive Trees
Among the seas of olive trees,
And in the scents of flowery sweet.
Elegantly dressed a woman sat,
From her eyes tears gently seeped.
