Maveriqué Richard Poems

Beside the shores of the bare sea
Have I laid before thine birth;
With numb hands that had known not which
I have cried my heart for thee.
...

If my hand should dribble of blood,
And my clothing of slime and mud,
If I gird my thighs with bows,
See me, but speak not howbeit.
...

Why do men accept defeat?
And let their hearts, beat in bits.
They all fear to face their fears,
They let her burrow through their dreams.
...

As I tread this forbidden path;
Tears, like river, floods my eyes.
With Evil tongues prattling on,
I am Bathed with fire and Brine.
...

I don't always love;
I don't always trust,
I always don't fear;
I always don't care.
...

Say not what would please the ears;
To the lofty flies that'd feast my blood,
Sprinkle not the cakes icing;
When worms come to dine my flesh.
...

Would I have in flesh exist;
Nor my trespasses desist,
Could not sin my soul defeat,
If He had not loved me first?
...

Blame me not for the words i spoke;
Even as they fled my mouth.
Hold them not against my soul;
When my hands and feet grow cold.
...

If death lure my dear breath with a kiss;
If she drags its beloved soul to its pit,
If it pummels my body along with it;
Then, I'd go quitting future for defeat.
...

Amidst the depths of night - I arise;
For reality had given me a pat at back,
As she shouts loudly in utmost silence;
I'd dashed my minds to the rhythm of its beat.

If self does not limit itself;
What else would limit it more?
You are what you always do;
...

All that shines, sure ain't gold;
Strength can always not suffice
Happiness does not live as spelt;
Riches can't always long life, birth.
...

Like dried seeds, I was, and remained;
Have endured the brunts of ruthless hands
To survive the mildness of the arid earth;
I satiated with less, and drew moisture from depths.

Thou Art Thee

Beside the shores of the bare sea
Have I laid before thine birth;
With numb hands that had known not which
I have cried my heart for thee.

For when thine beauty had sparkled on;
Goose bumps have I grown at once
It brightness had all my emotions lit,
And had let cold waves race down my feet.

Now, the nudge to talk - I'd got;
Melodies whispered, but words gone parched
But thou art thee to whom I was made;
To you, I know my lowly heart belongs.

Isn't it for thou, that I was given;
A heart, that thou mayest teach me how
For though I own - I use them not,
If there be not thee, I shall never know them.

And thence, my heart this day doth glee;
For lo! , you were my ethereal dream
Thou had been the future it knew,
The very same why it knew not none.

Please, my love behold my hands;
Hold not loose, and let not go
Cling to them with grip so harsh
And build with me a haven on earth.

Maveriqué Richard Quotes

If loving was living, only few would have life; And if living was loving, only very few would live long.

If time doesn't get you better, neither would wishes nor grace take you any further; For I am nothing if I do not grow with time.

If I choose to respect you, I do exactly so with utmost sincerity but for how long becomes your choice.
