Mohammad Tabish Hussain Poems

In the darkness of these nights,
Something is unseen.
You can see it worth,
These fireflies give their light.
...

A thief take away my childhood.
He suck my childhood from me,
Slowly, slowly, quietly, quietly.
Every day when I was playing.
...

A spectral light had came.
Falling on my bed, it touches my holiness.
When gruffly the holy words came from me.
Treading on me, trying to abstract me.
...

If there’s road to heaven,
With no spikes in front or back,
Where no one is alone or sad,
And no fussiness or detest left,
...

Hatred that ignited years ago,
Now turned to fire.
Till now I was dreaming
Waked up with rampageous tenacity.

Fireflies

In the darkness of these nights,
Something is unseen.
You can see it worth,
These fireflies give their light.

In these brightness of these time,
Something is not divine.
You can’t feel it since,
These fireflies no more give their light.

But follow your firefly,
That will determine your destination.
If they don’t
They’ll wake you up from
Your fake dream of victory.
