My motherland gives me
The taste of every season.
After autumn, the leaves
Of the tree near my window
...

on the left there appeared a river cloudyblue
A smoky bank half-visible peeped somehow.
Slowly darkness swallowed them.
Ah! on the left there's light, bright with crimson glow.
...

It's the month of rain.
The drips will refresh
the tips of the trees
and leaves will bathe
...

I have never tried to win
Anyone's heart and never will try.
The sea which scares me now
Was once land dry.
...

We are going to old age,
we are now morose,
The sky is always solemn here,
every hour happiness goes.
...

When the moon came down
with its faded light,
darkness about to depart
with no sign of wonder.
...

What is meaningless
should not be cared..
Because, honesty talks
like a monk.
...

I want to keep my head down,
To utter my prayer for us.
Let, fill us with pure light,
Let us be as sober as grass.
...

I awoke at midnight,
and saw the ray of moon,
was touching my forehead,
with its gentle light.
