Dreams Still Born

No use to man, better off dead…
Bitter-sweet ashes burning inside,
Mind devoid, withers and dies…

Suffocation in a female embrace,
Smiles for strangers, chameleon face…

A moment in time, stain on the soul,
Buried forever, the ultimate goal…
Held you for a moment
Carried you the rest of my life…
