The Two Sides

I'm sitting
by this side of the window
still silent dry and wry
and there, just two steps away
on the other side of the window
blooms a different world
with a fragrance of being soaked
in happiness and joy.

I'm sitting

confined levied and lost
and there just two steps away
on the other side of the window
dances the nature
on the music of clouds
that sing the song of freedom.

I'm sitting

suffocated and ill
and there on the other side of the window
green is sparkling at its zenith
and winds are blowing
for flowers are glowing
pampering, smiling—just carefree!

waiting, hoping, dreaming
and there just two steps away
on the other side of the window
meets the beauty of the earth
its mate—His gift—the Rain
and claps the universe…
