Nikita Cheney Poems

The pain is growing stronger still
It's hell-bent course is almost run
And try as I may with all my will
Won't see too many more a rising sun.

I knew a girl who loves things that most people would shun, every man who held her heart, to it only damage they've done,
she still loved them anyway, till every drop had been bled,
she loved them all still when they left her for dead.
She had a dream she kept secretly, locked it away, A silly dream she'd find her love, and be cherished by him one day.

Nikita Cheney Biography

So to be brief and to the point, my the story of my life has been one of abandonment and abuse, I have been raped, and beaten, and have everything I'd ever owned stolen or simply taken. Now, despite all that I have fought, always, to do my absolute best to be kind, and giving, caring, and understanding to anyone and everyone. There you have the barest bones of my life, mistreated, but always giving fully to others, the kindness I never myself receive.)

Only Porcelain

Tell me please, what do you see when you look into my eyes? Do you see the sadness? Madness? Or are you like so many fooled by my porcelain mask of lies?
Do you ever wonder how I could so much as manage a smile, let alone do so much to keep y'all cheerful, as my soul dies all the while?
If you even cared to try, you'd never scratch understanding how hard I have to fight, to simply keep up breathing, as I lie awake in bed at night.
And my bets you'll never bother to even notice, or waste your time in asking why, instead eyes I've only porcelain buttons, which have forgotten how to cry.
