I look at your tear stained face,

something from deep within
raises my hand,

As

wipe your tears
spilling out of your big brown eyes,
over your wet black lashes.

As
your tears roll
down your creamy brown cheeks,

I
hold you tighter

and
silently
beg you not to cry.
