010 ~ One Night

The only one
to see me for what
I am, and not what
I could be.

It was just the
other day, when
I was lonely,
ashamed of what
I had become, then
in the tranquility
of a storm, you
poured down
on me.

We were refreshed
by the wetness,
because it had been
so dry and the
humidity had now
been sliced away
from our clothes.

Peeled away, only
moonlight reflecting
our skin, as we swim
in the unfeeling hours
of the night, may it
never end.

You see, we are
only rumbling through
the times of never-come
again…
