034: Life Poem by Colin Johnston

When left alone don't sit, don't moan
Just because your on your own.
Get on your feet get up, get out
That's what Life is all about.

You've been granted some more Days
To walk and talk or sit and play
To educate or amuse
those much younger than yourself

So give back some of what you had
When Life was full and not so sad
Then you'll finally understand
We're all part of a bigger plan
We each have a part to play
In making someone else's day.
