Who am I?
This 'I' which is always present.
This 'Me' that smiles at everything about my life
with such inherent, ongoing pleasure.
Deep-seated pleasure.
Contentment.
Ever-present.
Like the air within which
all thoughts pass through
like clouds, dissipating before your eyes.
Within split seconds, the omnipresent ME,
the 'I' I am so certain of,
can travel down life's vortex
arriving again at the apex,
losing sight of the vastness that I Am.
I am the vortex.
Hooks in every direction I move;
like cog wheels from directions I have already been.
Love, burning brightly in my heart,
giving direction to every loss of direction.
Life is a learning and a discovery.
The vortex is merely the temporary
eye of the 'I'.
