- distance yourself
- don't tell your friends. sammy's sick of hearing about it and he never accepted you fully

carbon monoxide poisioning wya? ! no but this just affirms the belief that i'm truly unlovable. my family wouldn't accept me either. and i'm so tired and never seem to get enough sleep
