i seem to have a temper
it slowly leaks out through the cracks that appear past my facade
(they'll catch on soon)
like predicting a failed test paper i know my friends will get sick of me soon
...

i thought maybe your sunshine steps would drag me out from the shade
push back my forward-fallen shoulders and clear the heaviness weighing down my eyes
you would reignite a vigour in my head
let the fuel burn, kidnap me from the girl who lets a monster reign in her stead
...

she doesn't like you
- don't let her get too close. just like any casual friend
- she doesn't get special treatment
- distance yourself
