251. Neem (Azadirachta Indica) Poem by Dipankar Sadhukhan

251. Neem (Azadirachta Indica)

Rating: 5.0

Some use the bark of Neem
Which is good for body and mind.
Some take its tender leaves
Which may work as medicines.
Some gather rubbish under Neem.
Some rest there for some time.
The poets observe and admire this
Because of its beautiful leaves.
And then they leave the place
But the tree can't go with the poets
As its roots are not free.
The neighbouring woman too is like the tree.
