3 Am
When you're
awake at 3AM
you feel a
calmness, peacefulness,
serenity that
doesn't come about
during the day.
At times
the Muses
are at work
and you
scribble down poems
as the
train whistle
bellows in the distance
and you think
it's all just
part of life
traipsing down
the road
of illusions
and dreams
