Once I wept, tears of joy
When he came, my first boy
Some years passed, loving you
Maybe hidden, but always true.
Again I wept, with my lover
He had arrived, a baby brother
The clock of life, continued ticking
My love for you, still unremitting
One more time, those tears streamed
My happy tears, shined and gleamed
You had brought me, our sweet daughter
My hearts passion, my bodies water
All of the years, countless smiles
Frowns were there, once and a while
The dark grew stronger, light slowly faded
Past was forgotten, while gloom invaded
Looking back, your aggravation
My fault it was, no appreciation
Always there, beating in my heart
Were the words, till death do us part
