A Battle To Be Won



A battle that can't be won
No matter how much blood is shed
A battle that can't be lost
Because the price would be too high
Why can't I help this man?
Why won't he hear my words?
Why can't he see my love for him?
Why won't he fight this battle with me?
A battle I can't lose
He means too much to me
A battle I will win
Or I will die trying
