A Beautiful Ghost Poem by Joseph Essa

A Beautiful Ghost

Rating: 5.0

Sitting down with my head bowed, I realize someone is coming.
Straight away my temperature rise, my heart starts to beat fast
Seeing a shadow slowly coming toward me….. I look up and saw a woman in black.
Her hair black, dress black and shoe black.
It’s like she came to murder me
Looking at her, I saw a completely different think.
She looked elegantly intelligent
With her face so beautiful, I could not bear but stare
Her flawless look fascinated me
She was an enchantress
A woman with power, capable of doing anything within her mist
Impressed at the same time scared, I looked at her consciously
She sat down quietly speechless and motionless
With my mind wondering what exactly she came for
I went forth to speak, but she walked away and disappears
She was gone….gone with the wind
From that time, in my memory she remains; in my dreams she appears
