A Broken Heart - Poem by Franca Kenneth
Can I unfold this mystery?
When they said they are falling in love.
And sometimes it feel so real.
Until they can't stand again.
It hurts when they say, 'let us part'.
Then you'll have to live with a broken heart.
So where then are you going to start?
It is best to stand in love.
'I love you' is the first thing they'll say.
It doesn't matter if there is doubt.
Believing everything is okay.
Even though nothing is working out.
'It can't work' is the last thing they said.
Then once lovers become two apart.
Watching every memory fade away.
While closing the door of their broken heart.
