A child is precious and should be treated as such,
They should be held and caressed with a gentle touch.
A child is the future and should be shown the way,
They should be taught by the things we do and say.

A child is your life and should be the biggest part,
They should always be loved with all of your heart.
A child is a miracle sent down from heaven above,
They should always be given unconditional love.

A child is a blessing and there is no reason to doubt,
They should be something you cannot live without.
A child is your strength to help you through it all,
They should be the reason that you don't want to fall.
