A Coastal Morning View Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

A Coastal Morning View

Gold light paints the sky so wide,
The ocean sleeps, a gentle tide.
Horizon, like a thin, soft line,
Daybreak whispers, its morning sign.

Seagulls call, a happy sound,
A new day starts, all around.
Fish awake in waters deep,
While the human world is still asleep.

Nature's table, spread with care,
For hungry birds up in the air.
Sunlight chases shadows far,
Night's dark gone, where stars now are.
