A sudden wobble, you can't stand tall,
A dizzy spin, you're about to fall.
That's B for Balance, going wrong,
A shaky start, where life feels long.
Then E for Eyes, a blurry sight,
One or both eyes, dimming light.
A cloudy view, a world unclear,
What was so sharp, now brings a fear.
Than F for Face, a sleepy side,
Where one half droops, nowhere to hide.
A crooked smile, a lopsided grin,
A subtle sign, where trouble can begin.
Next A for Arms, a heavy limb,
One side feels weak, and growing dim.
Lift them up high, one starts to sway,
A drooping arm, to end the day.
And S for Speech, a tangled sound,
Words slurred and muddled, all around.
Can't say a sentence, clear and true,
A broken voice, for me and you.
Then T for Trouble, a sudden ache,
A splitting head, not a normal sake.
A thunderclap, a piercing pain,
This terrible headache, again and again.
If you see these signs, don't stop or delay,
Call 911, right away.
Straight to the ER you now quick must go,
Fast is the key, you've now learned to know.
