A Colourless Rainbow Poem by Joshua Griffiths

A Colourless Rainbow

Rating: 0.5

Dull white walls,
I sit in my office typing;
Tapping away an eternity for a sake
I know but don't;
I can't pierce the veil -
But i know it's there.

Dull white walls,
I sit in my office typing,
The monotony of the act not belying it's meaning,
Each letter cursing,
Each button damming - damming as I journey to success;
A success that isn't mine to have,
A success that was lost to me on reaching,
Alone remaining the successful stagnation of my soul...
The successful stagnation of my soul.
