My heart feels light, a fluttery thing,
Ready for love, and what joys it might bring.
But how do I start? Where should I begin?
A simple quiet question, lost deep within.
Should I post my face, a hopeful bright plea?
Or let the world just find, its own way to me?
I am a bit shy, my voice a soft sound,
But I'm strong inside, on safe and solid ground.
When life comes to near, I'll stand up tall,
And face whatever, life may befall.
But for this shady wish, this tender, sweet chase,
I'll let it still linger, in dreamland's embrace.
